The course consists of 5 days (40 hours) of intensive workshops aiming to achieve two objectives:
   -To provide participants a good understanding of the project management framework as described in the PMBOK and to prepare qualified participants for taking the PMP examination;
   -To equip participants with skills and techniques for managing real-life projects.
